Our Vision

Together, Stella’s Circle and Food First NL will transform 77 Charter Avenue into a thriving community food space that serves the residents on site, the neighbourhood of Pleasantville, and the whole city.

Our mix of programs and services will be responsive to the preferences and needs of people living with low incomes, but will be open and welcoming to all. We will provide broad food services and programming within a low-barrier, inclusive, and vibrant community atmosphere.
